How to indicate size: Measure the internal diameter of a ring you already own in centimetres. DO NOT use another goldsmith's mandrel, as mandrels vary in size between manufacturers.
What if the measure is not correct? The artist will be responsible for the cost of resizing, while shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
